There are five bills in city council that could reactivate a lot of vacant property and lots in Southwest with housing you can’t legally build right now. BaltPOP has a pretty good summary of them. The best way to provide testimony is to email your council rep (Bullock in most of Southwest and Porter in Pigtown), Zeke Cohen, and/or the Land Use committee chair Ryan Dorsey and they’d use that testimony at the various department hearings for the bills.
