Sgt. Anatacio reported on crime – tools stolen from vacant houses being worked on. Burglary reported on Woodyear Street. Steering wheel locks still available. Their meeting is May 26, 2026 at Southwestern District.

Events – Dumpster June 20 -Jose will schedule one for September- Ben and Elaine will schedule one in August for Mennonite Church.

Mia is having a Stuff Swap at The Farm. Left over items will be donated or thrown out

Trash can recovery day June 20, 2026 – Trash cans and recycle cans left in alleys and not accounted for will be given to people who do not have one. Each home should have one each.

University of MD is having a housing fair on June 9.

Plan an immigration workshop. Should it be a group by itself or incorporated into the meeting.

Plan a movie night in early September.

The Farm received a $10,000 grant. Grow own food, have workshops. Water to be supplied from collecting rain water.

Issue of rehabbed housing on S… Vincent and McHenry – A playground was planned but others prefer a need for parking not playground. Most in favor of parking lot with renting spaces to homeowners first.

Diante Edwards running for public office – spoke of his accomplishments.

Kintira received an award certificate from Mayor for her service to the community.

Tom Freeman gave balance in treasury of $9,263.23. Expecting a check from Clean Corp for care of lots.

Planning - June 20th Dumpster Day is trash can redistribution day, late August dumpster day is stuff swap day at the farm
