meeting was online only due to snow, and Nancy had tech issues getting into the zoom so I took much worse notes than usual

SWP presents from Tony, Meghan, Nick about hap phase 1 asking for owner info on 306 s woodyear st. Ring doorbells distributed, string lights should start being installed within a month.

Lora Mayo from senator hayes office presenting useful resources and events (see attached for pdf).

Daniel Morrison is playing at district night! Neighbors are very invited.

Kintira is in cape town south africa at 1am and still in attendance!

Tom gave treasurer report, a few errant charges to track down.

Howard talked about the b&o stables being abandoned by the equestrian police. 2 organizations - thecityranch.org and thestandfoundation.org - are interested in using the stable.

There will be a meeting with Kris of the B&O next month with Melanie in attendance, she asked what contributions the B&O has given Mount Clare in recent years, Jose says b&o provided mounted officers at national night out.

Diante will be at Myystique Brewing (912 Washington Blvd) next Saturday 12-7 and invites area residents to talk about his campaign.

Daniel and Mia want cardboard for the garden - can throw it over their alley gate and let them know to get it, but take staples tape and labels off.

Board members serve 3 year terms, so these elected board members are on until January 2029.

In closing a representative for Tiffany Welch for 40th district state house was in attendance and asked for any feedback and requests for her candidacy.

Melanie mentioned next meeting we would talk about a bylaws amendment to remove the dues requirement and add in an attendance requirement.
